Services

The Quilting Place provides quality longarming services at reasonable prices. We offer all over designs, which can be viewed under the Patterns link, as well as custom quilting to give a unique accent to your work.

We offer finishing services to assist in the completion of your quilt prior to longarming, such as sewing on borders or piecing together backing fabric, as well as binding after the longarming is complete.

Also, we offer embroidery services to create custom labels for your work. We have thousands of graphics and font options to choose from. Please ask us how we can personalize your quilt for any occasion.

Pricing

We charge $3.00 per square foot for an all over design. This price does include the batting. If you supply your own batting it is $2.50 per square foot. There is also a $5.00 thread charge for each quilt. (There will be an additional charge for multiple thread changes.) Here is how you would do the math:

Let's say the quilt is 67 X 80

You times 67 X 80 = 5360
Divide that number by 144 = 37.22
Times that number by 3.00 = 111.66
(If you supply your own batting times that number by 2.50)
Your total is $111.66
Plus Thread $5.00

Your grand total is $116.66

*If you live in CA, your sales tax rate is 8.75%

$116.66 times 8.75% =10.21
Your grand total would be $126.87
